What is Duality?

Duality is a curated suite of 87 (and growing) photo-scanned real world assets, aimed for realism. All assets have been retopologized to quads.

Duality helps you:

3D visuals often need to feel real.Food is a big part of our daily lives and when we see it in a scene, it makes that scene feel familiar and true.3D scanned food gives super-accurate details, making everything look more lifelike.
By adding these real-looking assets into your projects, your scenes instantly become more relatable and engaging for everyone.

Optimized for big projects

A common challenge with photoscanned models is their overly dense mesh structure, leading to lagging viewports and longer render times. Understanding this, I retopologized each model, reducing from millions of polygons down to a managable 1K-250K points.
Moreover, all models I've crafted have high-resolution 8K textures. This ensures that even in close-up renders, the assets maintain stunning clarity, despite their low-poly design.

Photogrammetry

Ever wondered how me and others achieve such stunning realism in 3D Assets?
The secret lies in photogrammetry. Unlike traditional methods which begin with 3D modeling, my journey starts by capturing countless photographs of the desired item.
After taking the photos, I process them using advanced photogrammetry software. This transformative tool works its wonder, morphing the image set into a 3D masterpiece. The outcome? Precision-detailed objects paired with an authentic, real life texture.

Easy to use

If you're used to use Blender's integrated Asset Browser, I've designed a compatible version of Duality for you.
After configuring the library, simply drag and drop the desired assets directly into your scene.
